Agreement to Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and GO BELLE, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “GO BELLE”), concerning your access to and use of the http://gobelle.app website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
GO BELLE provides the Site to facilitate on-demand and in-home beauty services and the ability to purchase cosmetics and lifestyle products (collectively, with the Site and Applications, the “Services”). Your use of the Services is also subject to any additional terms, conditions, and policies that we separately post on the Services or provide to you, and any agreements that you have separately executed with GO BELLE (“Supplemental Terms”).
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
You agree that by accessing the Site and/or by your use of the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Additionally, for the avoidance of doubt, if you are a service provider who has executed a Membership Services Agreement (“Member Agreement”), the terms of that Member Agreement will control and supersede this Agreement with respect to the subject matter of such Member Agreement. To the extent there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will control with respect to the subject matter of such agreement.
We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from such locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to register for the Site. You may use the Services on behalf of individuals under 16 only if you are the parent or legal guardian of such individuals. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, do not access and/or use the Services.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITE IS INTENDED TO FACILITATE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CLIENTS FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF IN-HOME BEAUTY SERVICES. YOU AGREE THAT GO BELLE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU BEYOND WHAT IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
GO BELLE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO APPOINTMENTS OR ACCOMMODATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM SERVICES PROVIDED.
ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE AT THE USER’S RISK. USERS SHOULD VERIFY SERVICE PROVIDERS’ CREDENTIALS AND CANCEL APPOINTMENTS IMMEDIATELY IF FEELING UNSAFE OR UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ANY REASON.
User Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account on the Site (“Account”) and provide certain information as prompted during registration. You agree to keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account. You further agree not to create an Account on behalf of anyone other than yourself and to maintain only one Account at any given time. You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason.
Additionally, you agree not to create an Account or use the Services if you have been previously removed by GO BELLE or if you have been previously barred from any of the Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, reclaim, or modify a username you select if we deem it inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
- You are not under the age of 16;
- You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation;
- You understand and agree that by booking a service through the Site, service providers may take photographs of you during the service, and you grant permission for such photographs to be used for marketing purposes on the Site, social media, or other promotional materials.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
User Responsibilities
As a recipient of in-home beauty services provided by independent contractors (the “service providers”), you agree to assume the following responsibilities:
- You agree to adhere to any rules or requirements specified by the service provider, including those communicated to you in confirmation emails or other notifications.
- You agree to provide a safe, clean, and reasonably comfortable workspace in your home (or other location) that meets specified conditions, such as being free of hazards, having access to bathroom facilities, and being in proximity to an electrical outlet and sink with running water.
- You agree to confine pets to a room where the service provider will not be working.
- If children under 13 are present, you agree to ensure childcare is available during the service.
- You and anyone else present during the service must refrain from offensive, intimidating, or abusive behavior. Service providers may terminate or refuse service if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
- You acknowledge that the service providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of GO BELLE.
- You agree to follow appropriate health, safety, and hygiene measures to protect against the spread of infectious diseases.
You acknowledge that GO BELLE cannot guarantee that following the steps outlined above will eliminate all risks. GO BELLE disclaims liability for unsafe or unsanitary conditions or any spread of infectious diseases as a result of services provided.
Payment Terms
You may cancel appointments in accordance with our cancellation policy located at https://gobelle.app. We reserve the right to cancel free promotional services at any time, with no credits or adjustments provided for such cancellations. All services must be pre-paid directly to the service provider upon completion of the service. In the event of a cancellation by the service provider, any refund will be issued directly by the service provider and not by GO BELLE.
You must cancel an appointment if you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive, or feel unwell. This can be done without penalty up to the start time of the appointment. Abuse of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to pay the service fee listed on the platform. Payments are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by us or the service provider. Fees do not include taxes or duties, which are your responsibility. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate. Declined payments will require you to update your billing information promptly.
We may issue promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) for credits or benefits. Promo Codes must be used as intended, cannot be transferred or sold, and may expire. Misuse of Promo Codes may result in their revocation or other consequences.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized collection of data or user information for any commercial or unlawful purposes.
- Circumventing security features or measures on the Site.
- Engaging in unauthorized framing, linking, or automated use of the Site.
- Uploading harmful or malicious software, including viruses or Trojan horses.
- Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users or GO BELLE employees.
- Using the Site in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.
User Generated Contributions
The Site may allow users to contribute content such as reviews, comments, or other materials (“Contributions”). You agree that Contributions:
- Are not false, defamatory, or misleading.
- Do not violate any intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Are lawful and do not promote illegal activity or discrimination.
By posting Contributions, you grant GO BELLE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for any purpose. GO BELLE reserves the right to remove or edit Contributions at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the proprietary property of GO BELLE or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the Site’s content is strictly prohibited.
Guidelines for Reviews
When leaving a review, you must:
- Have firsthand experience with the service or product being reviewed.
- Avoid offensive language, discriminatory remarks, or references to illegal activity.
- Ensure your review is honest and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

Mobile Application License
Use License
If you access the Site via a mobile application, GO BELLE grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the mobile application on devices owned or controlled by you, and to access the application strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decrypt the application.
- Make modifications, adaptations, or derivative works based on the application.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the application.
- Use the application for commercial or unauthorized purposes.
Apple and Android Devices
If you access the application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following terms apply:
- The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on devices running the Apple iOS or Android operating systems, as permitted by the usage rules of the respective app store.
- App distributors are not responsible for any maintenance, support, or warranty obligations related to the application.
- You represent that you are not in a restricted country or on any prohibited parties list as defined by U.S. law.
Social Media
The Site may allow you to link your account to third-party social media accounts. By linking your account, you authorize GO BELLE to access and store certain information from your social media account as governed by the privacy settings of that platform. GO BELLE disclaims liability for any actions or content associated with third-party platforms.
Submissions
Any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback you provide to GO BELLE (“Submissions”) are deemed non-confidential and become the sole property of GO BELLE. You grant GO BELLE all rights to use, reproduce, and distribute Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or feature third-party content. GO BELLE does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, transactions, or websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.
Advertisers
GO BELLE allows advertisers to display content on the Site. Advertisers are solely responsible for their advertisements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. GO BELLE is not affiliated with or liable for advertiser content.

If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party. GO BELLE may take legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies, for violations of these terms.
Modifications and Interruptions
GO BELLE reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site or its contents at any time without notice. The company is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such modifications or downtime.
While GO BELLE aims to keep the Site operational, interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or other issues may occur. GO BELLE does not guarantee the Site’s availability at all times and disclaims liability for any issues resulting from interruptions.
Governing Law

Limitation of Liability
